Ongoing Education :: Current Courses
With the Fall 2012 semester, the Christian Leadership Link will offer Bible and ministry training classes at sixt different sites in the region. College classes will be offered at Appomattox, Jonesville, Madison Heights, Martinsville, Nickelsville, Staunton, Roanoke, and Wise while Masters classes will be offered in Roanoke. We will also offer, for the first time, Certificate classes for Spanish-speaking students in the Galax area. To read more about the courses offered for Fall 2012 download the course flyer.
Classes begin week of August 27, 2012, and conclude the week of December 20. Fall Break (no classes) is October8-12.
The courses we offer in partnership with the John Leland Center, one of our Virginia Baptist education partners, allow persons to pursue 48 hours of undergraduate credit or 20 hours of Masters academic credit. Then, for students who wish to pursue a full Bachelors or Masters degree, agreements with other colleges and seminaries are in place to transfer Leland credits. All the while, students have the option of taking many of their classes closer to home. Students can also take individual classes and even audit a class.
Tuition for college-level classes –
For credit:
$420 (BGAV students pay $280*)
Audit: $210 (BGAV students pay $159*)
Tuition for Masters courses –
For Credit:
$750 (BGAV students pay $500*)
Audit: $375 (BGAV students pay $309*)
*BGAV church member students automaticallyu receive a scholarship from The Link.
Tuition scholarships for both college and Masters classes are available for members of Baptist General Association of Virginia churches, making the tuition even more affordable.

Then, save the completed form to your computer and email it to gary.chapman@vbmb.org. You will be invoiced, by the Leland Center, for tuition and any fees. - Masters Students

Prospective Students — Prospective students who wish to be part of classes during the upcoming semester, contact gary.chapman@vbmb.org, 540/977-2652 or toll-free 877/977-2652, about the admissions process with the John Leland Center. It is a very simple process, but one that needs to be completed before registering for classes.
